Coordination Structure

The Consortium Participant Plenum (CPP) consists of all of the 18 Consortium Participants. The CPP will be chaired by the Project Coordinator. The CPP is thus composed of the project coordinator and seventeen members. The role of the CPP can be defined as follow:

  • perform and revise the activities foreseen in the project;
  • plan in detail the activity for the following six months; timely inform the WP leaders and the Project Coordinator in case of problems and discuss eventual remedial actions; discuss eventual changes to be implemented to the project plan;
  • contribute to the preparation of all of the administrative, financial and technical reports in relation to the activity carried out by each Participant;
  • setting exact dates and locations for workshops, training courses, conferences foreseen by WP2.

The CPP participates to six-month plenary project meetings and to the pertaining technical meetings. Furthermore, the CPP can invite experts to the six-month plenary project meetings, or even create an External Scientific Committee, under approval of the Scientific Committee (SC). The experts will participate to the meetings and provide their suggestions on a free-of-charge basis. The SC has to take into account the recommendations of the experts in the revision of the activities, provided that these are fully consistent with the prime objectives of the project.
