Objectives
- To perform the global scientific management of the project and co-ordinate single workpackages;
- To co-ordinate the flow of information among partners and relevant input/output between WPs;
- To control the time schedule, manage costs, effort and modifications, communicate with the EC;
- To create a dedicated website with public and private access for communication and exchange of information among partners.
Subtasks
- WP1.1: Overall management of the project;
- WP1.2: Internal coordination of WPs.
Deliverables
- Project Website (D1.1), delivered at PM3 and regularly updated;
- First progress report (D1.2), delivered at PM9;
- Mid-term report, including management and financial reports (D1.3), delivered at PM18;
- Third progress report (D1.4), delivered at PM27;
- Final report, including management and financial reports; ‘Final plan for the use and dissemination of foreground’, and ‘Report on the awareness and wider societal implications’ (D1.5), after PM36.
